Virtual CityLink Airlines

Virtual CityLink Airlines is a performance based VA and was created for online virtual pilots who fly on the Vatsim network and don't care for the restrictions found with many other VA's. Our pilots are their own bosses and make their own schedule, flying any route, anywhere, anytime and in any aircraft. Pireps are filed automatically with the CityLink AutoPirep/Logbook system that records each flight. There are no jumpseat penalties. Virtual CityLink Airlines has world headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN USA with hubs in Chicago, Dallas Fort Worth, Tampa and San Francisco. CityLink is owned and operated by Freight Dogs virtual Air Cargo. The CityLink VAFS fleet consist of the Saab340, ATR72-500, Boeing 727-200, 757-200, 737-800/900, 767-300 and Boeing 747-400. We have an extensive scenery file that covers over 2,000 individual airports all over the world. We consider ourselves to be a progressive airline. When new and unique aircraft become available and if the members want it, we will work to add those unique aircraft into our fleet as well. You will be taught the latest in navigation techniques, such as Airspaces, VFR, IFR, Route Planning and you will learn about online VATSIM flying so you will get the most out of your X-Plane Flight Simulator. We operate from eight main hubs with schedules that reflect real world flights spanning the globe across our four divisions: North America, Europe, Oceanic and Asia. We also offer unique Spec-Ops missions and Global Charters. So if you are new to X-Plane, VATSIM, or just flying period, we are always looking for new members to add to our team.
